SERVICE TIME FRAME
Assist our clients to advertise their vacancies Within a period of one (1) month on notification and clearance of draft adverts
Assist our clients to effect their promotional exercises and new recruitment processes Within a period of six (6) months
Assist our clients to resolve acting appointment issues Within the stipulated period of six (6) months
Submit relevant advice papers on appointments to the appointing authority Within one (1) week on receipt of endorsement of report of the Selection Board by the relevant governing body
Release results of examinations administered by the Commission Within a period of five (5) months from the date of conduct of examinations
Dispose off petitions, appeals, complaints and reviews directed to the Commission Within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt including the days required for research and investigations
Submit annual reports promptly to the President every year Within the first quarter of the year
