Professionalism: The Commission will endeavour to always portray a professional image, act appropriately, deliver work outcomes to agreed quality standards and timescales and be accountable for its actions.
Fairness: The Commission will be impartial in the discharge of its functions and will be guided by the rules and regulations governing its work, irrespective of religion, position, gender, or political party affiliation and ensure balanced regional development.
Trustworthiness: The Commission will remain faithful to its obligations and provide professional and unbiased advice to the state and the public to engender trust.
Transparency: The Commission will be open to all its clients and ensure that the public is well informed about the work of the Commission. The Commission will hold all staff accountable as well as fight corruption in any form, in the delivery of services.
Commitment: The Commission is dedicated to the delivery of efficient and effective services to public service organisations to make them better serve their constituents.
Partnerships: The Commission will build partnerships with Central Management Agencies, Universities and other Public Service Organisations, private sector, and Development Partners to facilitate the delivery of effective and efficient public service delivery.
