The Division has the responsibility for producing and maintaining reliable and credible data on human resource for effective and efficient decision making in regulation of the public services in Ghana.

  • Collection, processing, analysis, storage, maintenance and use of HR data of the Public Service Organisations  to support decision-making by the Commission/Government;
  • Conduct of Research, Monitoring and Evaluation of the performance of the implementation of Human Resource (HR) policies, programme and activities in the Public Service and to recommend policy reviews.
  • Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit;
    • Information Management Unit; and
    • Human Resource Information Management Unit.
