Engagements with the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Commission

The executives of the Public Services Commission Staff Association paid a working visit to the Chairman of the Public Services Commission, Prof. Victor Kwame Agyeman, Esq., as part of their ongoing stakeholder engagements. During the meeting, the Chairman attentively received the concerns presented on behalf of staff and assured the executives of his full support. He also offered valuable guidance aimed at strengthening staff welfare initiatives.

The Chairman encouraged the new leadership to promote greater participation of staff in social events that foster unity and solidarity, including weddings, birthdays, funerals, and other significant occasions involving members.

Later in the week, on Thursday, the executives continued their courtesy engagements with a working visit to the Vice Chairman of the Public Services Commission, Dr. (Mrs.) Irene Stella Agyenim‑Boateng. She warmly welcomed the team and reaffirmed her commitment to collaborate closely with the Association to enhance the working conditions and wellbeing of all staff.

The Staff Association wishes to remind all members of the importance of supporting one another during moments of celebration as well as periods of grief. Members are encouraged to actively participate in Association programmes and social events to strengthen unity and promote a supportive work community.
